How to Use Wireless Speaker Products

by Jack Wylde

Cables of speakers attached with home theatre when cluttered in the room always look ugly. If your want to avoid the cable clutter try using the products which have minimum or no wires at all. You can use wireless products manufactured by good companies that can resolve this issue for you.

Usually older constructed homes were not wired for rear speakers and when the owners want to setup their home theatre they do not feel like cables running through the rooms and cluttering the whole space. There are now many types of wireless surround system products available in the markets now for such homeowners. They can get a piece of reliable product from these manufactures to solve this problem logically and aesthetically.

One of these manufacturers is LG who have launched wireless surround sound product for their customers which can be connected to the home theatre system. It provides two speakers that can be attached to the single unit. These speakers have cables running from back and then attached at front of the receiver. This has perhaps reduced the amount cables used earlier but have not entirely eliminated the problem.

Another product that stands in the row is Amphony wireless surround sound speakers that have reduced the cable clutters but not entirely wireless. You will need the cables to attach the speakers to the unit or receiver but the amount of cables is reduced so it does not look like a mess and disorganized.

Generally you may use these wireless products to avoid untidiness and disorganization which affects the room décor and beauty of the house but these products may reduce the sound quality as well. If you are on an analog system the sound quality may be weak but the situation can improve if you switch to digital format for signals. You can attach a high quality amplifier to the system and wireless speakers to reduce the amount of noises and distortion produced by as a result of using wireless products. You also have the option of choosing a smaller amplifier to remain out of sight for a tidy and organized look of the room.

Your wireless surround sound speakers should sync with other digital electronic devices such as DVD or CD player. It is also necessary that the entire speaker should sync in too which will enhance the sound quality. Companies like Rocketfish have come up with delay method which is helpful to improve the audio quality of wireless products. For some speakers and home theatre owner this delaying method works well because due to the delay in signals the audio quality improves and the delay time should be 1ms for these applications.

Whenever you plan to buy on such wireless products do consider the reliability of their sounds and the method used for the delivering the signals to the devices they are attached with. Devices like Bluetooth and WiFi come with the range of 900 MHZ or 2.4 MHZ frequency. They become a real challenge to maintain the sound quality. The wireless devices are disturbed by the nearby strong signals, noises and distortions but can be reduced if you use 5.8 GHZ frequency.

Those homeowners who want to setup wireless surround speakers in other rooms or backyard it becomes more of a challenge in its self because the audio quality would be more difficult to maintain. Although to conquer such problems many companies have launched various products that overcome such challenges easily.
